Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Returns are subject to a flat $35 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
This helps cover return shipping for oversized items.

If a return is due to a defect, damage, or fulfillment error, return shipping will be free.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items may be canceled and fully refunded before shipment.

Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies.


Pre-Order Commitment

Pre-orders may be canceled and fully refunded until production for the order begins.

Once production has started, pre-orders can no longer be canceled or refunded, as items are being manufactured specifically for customers.

If production has not yet started, we will always do our best to accommodate changes.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If a return is due to a defect, damage, or fulfillment error, we will cover the return shipping.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
